Hi, I’m Richard Bolton. I’d like to share what a pleasure it has been to be part of the Simple Academy program. Only a couple of months into my solo consulting journey, Simple Academy has made it, well, to quickly gain a solid understanding of the power of Gen AI tools at work, how to internalize and present the training, and then how best to communicate the value to clients with a well thought out go to market strategy. As someone with a product management background, I’ve been very impressed with how Steve and the team have iterated on the Simple Academy training and made rapid improvements in the right way by testing features with fellow consultants and with customers, listening to feedback, looking at data, decisively setting a direction, and then measuring results to see if we’re getting the desired outcomes. Also, Steve has created a culture that is welcoming, collaborative, and professional and encourages people from all kinds of backgrounds to generously contribute to improving the product for everyone’s benefit.
