Product/Program: Simple Consultants

1. Fees & Payments

You agree to pay Readitfor.me Texas LLC and its subsidiary products any fees for products or services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented at purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (Quickbooks and PayPal) and subject to their terms.
All fees are in U.S. dollars and non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
Technical support included with your subscription covers product functionality only. We do not provide support for custom coding or third-party integrations.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Monthly billing cycles are on an annual term unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least one business day before the end of the term via your account or by contacting support@simpleacademy.ai.
Free trials convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial end.
Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Lifetime subscriptions are valid for the lifetime of the purchased product.
Refunds are available only within 72 hours of purchase.
Multi-payment plan lifetime memberships must be cancelled within 72 hours of the first payment to qualify for a refund.
Lifetime Consultant subscriptions provide continued access to the Simple Consultant program and all future Readitfor.me/Simple brand programs.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all sales, VAT, GST, or withholding taxes.
We will calculate and collect sales tax where legally required, based on your billing information.
Valid tax exemption certificates must be current and accurate to be honored.

A full refund is available within 72 hours of your first sign-up.
Refund requests must be sent to support@simpleacademy.ai.
After 72 hours, payments are non-refundable. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refunds.

You must keep a valid payment method on file.
We may update payment details automatically via your payment provider to prevent interruption.
Accounts past due by 50 days may be suspended unless prior arrangements are made.

Promotional offers last for the stated period. Unless cancelled before the end of the promotional term, your subscription automatically renews at the standard rate.
Cancelling a Lifetime Offer within 72 hours of purchase will revoke access to the service.

Materials are for educational use only.
Repurposing, sharing, or distribution requires a reseller license under the Simple Consultant program.

You may only distribute content you own or have explicit rights to distribute through the Simple Consultant program.
Unauthorized resale or repurposing is prohibited.
You may not build or operate a competing AI platform, certification program, or consultancy.

AI protocols and tools (including Simple and Readitfor.me protocols) are for individual organizational use only.
Resale, reverse engineering, repurposing, or external client-facing use is prohibited.

Certificates, designations, or credentials may be tied to specific membership levels or require continuing education.

Simple-licensed content may be delivered live or via video conference.
If recorded, content must be hosted as protected content and shared only through the Simple platform.
Recipients must have at least one active paid seat on Simple Academy to access recorded content.

You may have access to confidential information (strategies, product details, customer data). You agree to keep this confidential.
Disclosure is only allowed to employees/contractors bound by confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement.

Only approved contractors may sell Simple subscriptions under the current commission structure.
We may modify commission structures unless otherwise contractually agreed.

Consultants are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents.
Each party is responsible for its own expenses and has no authority to bind the other.

All accounts may show an affiliate dashboard for demonstration.
Only active, paid Simple Consultants and approved resellers are eligible for commissions.

Specific payment arrangements, commission structures, and compensation details applicable to individual consultants will be set forth in separate written consultant agreements.
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a consultant agreement, the consultant agreement will govern with respect to compensation.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Agreement remains valid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
