Davide wanted to implement the Black Belt training within his organization but faced significant time constraints due to his role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognizing Davide\u2019s challenges, Steve offered to guide him through the training or deliver it to his staff at no cost, given Health First Network\u2019s non-profit status. To ensure the training was top-notch, Steve enlisted Matt Maginley, a seasoned Management Consultant certified by <a href=\"http:\/\/simpleacademy.ai\/\">Simpleacademy.ai<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Challenges<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>No Time!<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Davide&#8217;s executive team struggled to allocate time for an 8-week course requiring 4 to 8 hours of homework each week. Organizing an orientation meeting took a month, and it was another two months before the first student began the White Belt Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Indifference<br><\/strong>During the orientation meeting with Davide, Elizabeth Kim, and two other C-Level executives, Matt delivered a comprehensive overview of the course. While Davide and Elizabeth were impressed, the other two executives were less engaged. The CFO, already using Microsoft CoPilot for Business Central, didn\u2019t see the need for additional AI training, presenting a challenge to full team buy-in.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">The Turning Point<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Despite initial indifference, the orientation meeting was a success.
