Is the registration fee refundable? ▼
No. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy ensures commitment from all attendees and allows us to provide the highest quality experience. In-person cancellations within 14 days of the event and no-shows will be charged an additional $250 fee.
What's new about the 2025 Summit? ▼
For the first time, we've opened Days 1 and 2 to non-consultants. Founders, operators, and professionals navigating career transitions can now join us. Day 2 remains exclusive to consultants for the VIP Mastermind experience. This change reflects the growing demand from professionals across all industries who need practical AI implementation skills.
Will there be a virtual attendance option? ▼
No. The Summit is designed as an immersive, hands-on experience that requires in-person participation. However, post-event recordings will be provided to attendees and Lifetime Consultants free of charge. Non-lifetime consultants who do not attend can purchase recordings after the event.

What should I bring to the Summit? ▼
Bring a laptop with Chrome browser installed, a notebook for strategic planning, and business cards for networking. We'll provide all training materials, frameworks, and resource access. Come prepared with specific challenges you're facing—we'll work on real problems, not hypotheticals. Business casual attire is recommended.
Where exactly is the Summit held in Nashville? ▼
The Summit will be held at Ampersand Studios in Nashville. Full venue details and directions will be shared with registered attendees 30 days before the event. The space is centrally located, easily accessible, with nearby hotels and restaurants. The venue features reliable wifi, comfortable seating, and breakout areas for networking.
Is there a group rate for teams or companies? ▼
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 2 or more from the same organization. This is an excellent way to align your team on AI implementation strategies. Contact marisa@simpleacademy.ai for group pricing. Many companies send teams to ensure consistent implementation across departments.
